Question #1: How do I know which product is best for me?
We try and offer a complete product description along with labels for all of our products. Please review all labeling and instructions to determine which product fits your lifestyle the best. top

Question #2: How do I know if a product can be used with my medication or prescription drugs?
You will have to check with your doctor or pharmacists regarding any drug interactions for your specific prescription drug or medication. We are unable to offer medical advice to anyone due to liability purposes. Please refer to the product ingredients on our labels (the supplement facts panel) along with any warning we display to discuss your specific needs with your doctor or pharmacist. top

Question #3: How do I know if a product has caffeine in it, for example your Wu-Yi Tea line?
All products are clearly marked on the labeling. Please refer to the supplement facts panel to be sure a product does not have caffeine if you cannot take caffeine. top

Question #4: If I am pregnant or nursing how do I know if I can use a product?
Please refer to the warning on the supplement facts panel on all products to see the recommendation for pregnant or nursing women. You may then ask your doctor whether you are able to take a product given the warning on the label. top

Question #5: How can I tell if a product is organic and why is that important?
In order for a product to be organic it must be certified organic by an accredited agency. Just because a package says organic, you must look for a certification on the packaging. Our products are certified organic by Quality Assurance International, one of the most esteemed certifying agencies in the world. top

Questions about ordering:

Question #6: Do I have to BE HOME to get my order?
Answer: All products are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) If your package fits in your mailbox it will most likely be left there.  If you live in a Single Family Residence USPS will normally leave your package if you're not at home. 

If you live in a Multi-Family Residence (2 or more units share the same entry door to the facility) it is usually up to the discretion of your Postman.

Reshipment charges apply for orders returned for non-delivery and incorrect or missing shipping information. top

Question #7: What payment methods are available?
Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.'s. top

Question #8: Do you offer FREE TRIALS for products?
Answer:  We never offer free trials on products and never have.  This is usually not in the best interest of the customer and we do not ever offer free trials.  If you signed up for a free trial and you are looking for the company you bought  the product from, please do not contact us regarding this as we do not have any information regarding this. top

Question #9: What SECURITY is provided for my personal and credit card information?
Answer: All order information is encrypted using a leading provider of merchant services, Authorize.net.  All e-mails are never shared with other parties. top

Question #10: What does "OUT OF STOCK" status next to an item mean ?
Answer: OUT OF STOCK items means the item is temporarily out of stock.  This typically last less than 2 weeks. In rare instances, an out of stock item can last 3-4 weeks or more.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has shipped. top

Question #11: What does "COMING SOON" status next to an item mean?
Answer: "Coming Soon" designates an item recently added to the Online Store, but not yet in the warehouse stock. Stock will typically arrive for shipment within a couple weeks. top

Question #12: Why do you ask what RETAILER I PREFER to shop
Answer: Retailer information is used in our work with grocery retailers to make our products available at your local store. Your name and personal information will not be given out, simply product demand by zip code. top

Question #13: Is SALES TAX charged?
Answer: Sales tax will be applied to all orders billed to or shipped to a Texas address. top

Question #14: How do I know my ORDER was processed?
Answer: After Checkout , your Order Number and Order Confirmation Number will be displayed to verify receipt of your order.  An Order Confirmation e-mail is also sent when an order is entered and an e-mail address is supplied to us in the Checkout process. We recommend printing this screen for your records.  If in doubt, contact us (click on "Contact Store"). top

Question #15: How do I check on the STATUS of my ORDER?
Answer: Click on "Track My Order". Enter your Order Number and Order Confirmation Number and click on "Go". The status of your order will be shown. top

Question #16: Can I CANCEL my order?
Answer: You can always change or cancel an order if your order has not been shipped.  Please contact customer service at customerservice@globalorganix.com and have your order number available.  top

Question #17: Can I RETURN my order?
Answer: Due to the concern of our citizens and dangers regarding food product tampering, we have chosen to err on the side of caution by not re-shipping products that have been delivered to someone's home. Therefore we cannot accept returns, so be sure you're ordering the right product.

If the product was found to be damaged upon arrival, the wrong item was shipped or some other problem occurred with your shipment, please contact us through the "Contact Store" section. We apologize for any inconvenience. top

Question #18: WHERE can you SHIP?
Answer: We can ship to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (via FedEx) and to APO/FPO Military addresses (via USPS).
International:  We ship to Canada and some European addresses at the current time.

Military Shipments - Proper Addressing:
For shipments to military addresses, the Department of Defense has requested that you use the service member's full name (with or without grade, rank, or rating). Also required is the unit designation and APO/FPO address with the 9-digit ZIP Code (if one is assigned, otherwise 5-digit). Do not include the base camp's city, as it might be incorrectly routed through the host country's mail system.

During checkout from this store, enter unit specific information in the "Address 1", "Address 2" and "Company" (if needed) fields. However, ONLY ENTER APO or FPO in the City field and then select the appropriate destinations in the State field (e.g. AA, AE, AP).

Question #19: What are the SHIPPING CHARGES when purchasing from this Store and how will my order be shipped?
Answer: Shipping depends on the weight and amount of product (for insurance) and your location.  You will be given the shipping charges before you choose to place your order in the final step of the check-out.  All orders are shipped via USPS priority. top

Question #20: WHEN will my ORDER be SHIPPED and how long will it take to arrive?
Answer: Orders usually ship within 2 - 5 business days unless a backorder is indicated next to an item on the order. A Shipment Confirmation e-mail with tracking number is sent when an order is shipped and an e-mail address is supplied to us in the Checkout process.

After leaving our warehouse, typical USPS Priority transit times are between 2-5 business days.

After leaving our warehouse, typical USPS Priority Mail transit times to APO/FPO boxes are 1-3 business days (domestic) and 5-10 business days (overseas). Transit times can be as long as 3-4 weeks to some overseas destinations due to high volume (e.g. Iraq). top

Question #21: How can I MINIMIZE my SHIPPING charges?
Answer: The most expensive pound to ship is the 1st pound that goes in the box. Each pound after the 1st adds an incremental charge MUCH less than the 1st lb. In fact, depending on your zip code, you can typically add 5 - 25 additional lbs of product to your order for LESS than the 1st lb cost you.

Question #22: How do I use the Search function?
Answer: Products are displayed that match ALL keywords entered. Partial words are acceptable. Using FEWER keywords returns LARGER results. Using MORE keywords returns SMALLER results. Mis-spellings will not return accurate results. top

Question #23: How do I cancel my Autoship?
Answer: Simply contact us at autoship@globalorganix.com and let us know you would like to cancel your shipments.  Please note that cancelation MUST be before 7 days prior to your next shipment date. top
