Order Changes and Cancellations
You can always change or cancel an order if it has not been shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of placing order. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of the products we sell (for health reasons)
Payment
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sorry, we are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.'s.
Privacy
We do not disclose, sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. If you elect to receive special promotional offers, only pertinent information will be forwarded to the appropriate party for this specific purpose.
Returns
We accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged or defective upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. So be sure you're ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us at customersesrvice@globalorganix.com. We do not accept returns of any product that has been opened period. So if you received the wrong product and you open it, you will be responsible for keeping it.
Secure Checkout
"To ensure the protection of your personal data, our checkout process is secure, meaning your data is transferred in an encrypted form to secure data servers. We use Authorize.net as our secure processor.
Shipping & Backorder
Orders typically ship from our warehouse via UPSP Priority within 2 - 5 business days, when all ordered items are in stock.
Partial Shipments
As a rule, we'll hold your order if an item is backordered and ship complete once all items are in stock.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions nor other content of this site are error-free. If an error is found, please contact us via the "Contact Us" section of this site and a correction will be made.
